Delivery & Return Policy

Article 1 – Delivery Time
1.1. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment.
1.2. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

Article 2 – Shipping and Risk
2.1. The Company ships with reliable carriers. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
2.2. Complaints about transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Article 3 – Return Policy
3.1. Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
3.2. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
3.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.

Article 4 – Return Exceptions
4.1. Opened and/or used perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
