General Terms & Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions
1.1. Sarvari Paris B.V., located at Argon 17C, 4751 XC Oud Gastel, the Netherlands operating under the name Sarvari Paris, hereinafter referred to as “Company.”
1.2. “Customer”: any natural or legal person who purchases products or services from the Company.
1.3. “Agreement”: any agreement between the Company and the Customer, including but not limited to the sale of perfumes and cosmetics.
1.4. “Products”: all items offered by Sarvari Paris B.V., including perfumes, cosmetics, and accessories.

Article 2 – Applicability
2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of Sarvari Paris B.V.
2.2. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Article 3 – Offers and Agreements
3.1. All offers from Sarvari Paris B.V. are non-binding.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment
4.1. All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Payment must be made before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 5 – Liability
5.1. The Company is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits.
5.2. Liability of Sarvari Paris B.V. is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant product.

Article 6 – Force Majeure
6.1. The Company is not liable if an obligation cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.

Article 7 – Intellectual Property
7.1. All intellectual property rights to the products and content of Sarvari Paris B.V. remain the property of the Company.

Article 8 – Applicable Law
8.1. These terms are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
8.2. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Breda.
